Dirty Keto Cauliflower Rice with Ground Beef | Grain Free| Gluten Free | Healthy Dish

Easy and very simple low carb keto dish. Cooked in pan.

Keto Dirty Cauliflower Rice

3 Tablespoon Coconut oil
1 Tablespoon Sweet Paprika
1- 2 Tablespoons Cajun powder
1 Cup minced or chopped onion | medium size
7 Pcs Cloves Garlic | Minced
1 Cup chopped red Bell pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
Salt to taste
3-4 Cups Fresh Grated Cauliflower Rice

1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coconut oil and sauté onion & garlic, Sweet paprika powder. Brown the ground beef and breaking it apart with a spoon or spatula until it begins to caramelize. If it sticks to the bottom of the pan, that’s ok. 
2. After the meat begins to caramelize, reduce the heat to medium and add the cajun powder, bell pepper, and celery and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until the veggies tender.
3. Add the grated fresh cauliflower rice. Stir to combine and use the liquid to loosen the bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. This will give the cauliflower rice its “dirty” color! Continue to cook, stirring often, until the cauliflower rice is tender and there is no liquid left in the pan. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and serve!
