GAZPACHO-A QUICK, DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS KETO RECIPE!!!

One of my wife’s favorite childhood memories was her grandmother’s gazpacho. She lived for those hot summer days to have “Wita’s” traditional treat…It was like liquid salad. It’s fresh, packed with nutrition and so easy to make…and no cooking at all!

With a Keto twist, this will quickly become one of your favorite low carb Keto recipes and a great addition to your Keto diet! It is packed with vitamins, minerals, prebiotic’s, probiotics and healthy fats!

Recipe:
6 large tomatoes or 1 16 oz can of whole peeled tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1/2 of a green pepper
4-6 stalks of celery
1/2 of medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 1/2 tsp of salt
3/4 cups of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup (or more) of olive oil
Mix in blender, chill, garnish with chopped cucumber and enjoy!

Total cal. 1338 (for the entire batch)
Fat: 112g/ 75%
Carbs: 74g/ 22%
Prot: 12g/ 3%
