Greek Goes Keto – Keto Ice Cream Popsicles

Summer is making us crave ice pops! Here is the simplest and best Keto version with Greek yoghurt (in our case goat yoghurt) and just a handful of berries. You can use any Keto-friendly berries, but our combination is stellar when it comes to nutrients! You can read more about mighty Hippophaes (Sea Buckthorn) berries here:

Notice how we did not use any sweetener! This is because we trained our taste buds to feel the natural sweetness of our ingredients. You can, of course, add a dash of stevia or monk fruit if you would like to sweeten it up! Ketonisation never was so easy!
