In this video, you’ll see how easy it is to make delicious keto chocolate chip cookies for you and your family!
2-1/2 C Almond flour
1/2 C Coconut flour
1 C Sweetener of your choice (I use Swerve Brown Sugar)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C lily’s chocolate chips or pecans or half of each
1 C Butter or Ghee
2 tsp Pure Vanilla extract
1/4 C Heavy whipping cream or almond milk
Cream butter using stand or hand mixer, incorporate sweetener and cream together, add dry ingredients mixed, add remaining wet ingredients.
I added 12 scoops of collagen peptides to my cookies.
Scoop onto parchment paper and flatten if you’d like and pop in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes/until golden brown (Depending on your oven).
