KETO MOJITO COUNTESS OF LOW CARB RECIPE:
-1/4 cup of mint
-1 bottle of Perrier or Pellegrino or other sparkling water chilled https://amzn.to/2ZU2q7G
-1 pretty glass
Makes 2 drinks
-Wash lime & wash mint.
-Pull mint sprigs from the stem.
-Put 1/4 cup of mint into a bowl and set aside.
-Cut lime into wedges & save one for the garnish.
-Squeeze lime juice into bowl of mint.
-Cover mint & lime juice w/ 1/3 cup of Perrier or Pellegrino. https://amzn.to/2ZU2q7G
-Cover bowl of mint, lime and sparkling water. Let mixture sit in the fridge overnight.
-Put glass in fridge for a hour to chill.
-The next day, use half the mixture for a drink. Fill the rest of the glass w/ sparkling water.
-Garnish w/ 2 mint sprigs & lime.
