Keto Filipino – How To Make Pork Adobo

In this video, we make the unofficial national dish of the Philippines — Pork Adobo. It’s a staple of Filipinos everywhere, and has many variations. #filipinoadobo #porkadobo #filipinorecipes #ketorecipes

4 lbs of pork ribs
half a cup of white vinegar
1.5 cups low-sodium soy sauce
2 cups of water
3 cloves of diced garlic
half an onion diced
3 Tbsp cooking oil
10 cloves of Star Anise
crushed black pepper

Heat the cooking oil, then add the onion and garlic, mix for about 2 minutes.

Add the pork and let it brown lightly.

Add the soy sauce, vinegar and 2 cups of water. Make sure that you have enough liquid so that all the meat is fully immersed.

Add the Star Anise and the crushed black pepper, then pressure cook for about 23 minutes.

Plate, serve and enjoy!
