The first keto Mexican Conchas / sweet bread are now on YouTube !! Ingredients for the Concha bread:

1 cup almond flour

4 tbsp coconut flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup substitute sugar

Pinch of salt

2 eggs

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp cream cheese

1/2 tsp vanilla
