In this video we detail our Keto Workouts! We share our experiences on lifting weights while adapting to a keto diet, as well as how our performance has changed now that we are fully fat adapted. We give differing perspectives on what it may be like for someone who is newer to lifting all together, as well as someone who has been lifting for a number of years and how their performance may be affected.

We have been following a keto diet for the past 8 months and have been working out 4-5 days a week lifting heavy weights.

We also mention what supplements we find beneficial while on a keto diet that may aid in recovery and/or performance.
