I hope you try this delicious recipe and enjoy it the way we do!

I used:
1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 TB HWC
1/2c sour cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
1-2 TB Swerve
2/3c. Baby corn, drained and pulverized
1 c ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can Ro*Tel, drained
1/2-1 cup shredded cheese

Bake at 350° for 15-25 minutes
I highly suggest using a cheese cloth to squeeze as much liquid from the corn as possible. It is very wet and will make your cornbread soggier if there is too much moisture.

If you prefer a standard style cornbread, omit the last three ingredients.
